Designed with a focus on speed as well as reliability, the SmartLase C600 delivers high-quality, chemical-free, permanent anti-counterfeit marking on a wide range of surfaces such as PET bottles, glass, labels, flexible films, dyed paper/cardboard but also coated metals. The SmartLase C600 is designed to meet the highest standards in the most demanding packaging lines - even with the increasing complexity of 1D and 2D codes.
The C600 is virtually maintenance-free and reduces operating costs (OPEX) by reducing production downtime and eliminating the need for costly consumables or external cooling.
The SmartLase C600 is optimised for Industry 4.0 and features a wide range of industrial interfaces such as Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, NGPCL and comprehensive CoLOS® software support. Thus, the SmartLase C600 enables Advanced Packaging Intelligence. Once integrated, the intuitive user interface offers up to 20% increase in operational efficiency.
The SmartLase C600 controller and printhead are IP55 compliant, the highest safety standard according to ISO 13849-1, which includes Performance Level PLe.
