Twist Up tube offers new gesture and innovative formula protection

New ingredients and applications are revolutionising skincare products, so why not do the same with skincare packaging? Responding to brands’ demands for products that provide both strong formulation protection and a user-friendly experience, international beauty packaging manufacturer and provider Quadpack has launched Twist Up tube.

“Connectivity” and “Integrity of the Supply Chain” are two hot topics of the pharmaceutical industry to be addressed by Schreiner MediPharm at this year’s Pharmapack in Paris. On February 5 and 6, in Hall 7.2 at Booth D46, the pharma label specialist will present a special product innovation: a Robust RFID-Label delivering reliable end-to-end functionality from production to final use. Two other innovative products to be showcased ensure the integrity of primary containers: Cap-Lock for sealing prefilled syringes and Flexi-Cap Prime that irreversibly indicates any tampering attempt on a vial.

The production of adhesive roll labels is a complex process. At the end of this process is the die-cutting or contour cut, which gives the labels their final shape. At, the customer has the choice: He decides whether the labels are punched out in the classic way using a punching plate or whether the contour cut is made by laser. Both methods have advantages and disadvantages.
