With its “universal sheet delivery”, the globally operating diemaker Marbach has a special tool technology in its portfolio that is used whenever customers do not want to use blanking in a job, but still places a high value on efficiency.
The universal sheet delivery is used in the upper part of a blanking station to deliver perfectly stacked die-cut sheets.
Marbach industry manager Bernhard Reisser: “With our universal sheet delivery technology, the sheet delivery in the blanking station of a die-cutting machine can be upgraded so that the full sheet delivery can be quickly and easily adapted to each individual job – without long set-up times. Compared to conventional solutions, the changeover from blanking to sheet delivery and vice versa is very fast and efficient. But it is not only the time aspect in the die- cutting process that is a major advantage of the universal sheet delivery. The precise stacking of the paperboard sheets also ensures smooth further processing on the folding and glueing machine.”
The universal sheet delivery can be used for jobs with or without a double knife.
