BST eltromat International will be present at FachPack 2019 (24 - 26 September in Nuremberg / Germany) at the PrintCity Alliance joint stand in Hall 7A (Stand 7A-138). In keeping with the trade fair's guiding theme "Environmentally friendly packaging", the company is underlining the outstanding importance of efficient quality assurance for sustainable packaging production in line with its new mission statement "perfecting your performance". If production errors are avoided in the start-up phase of the press and reduced to a minimum in printing and subsequent processes, this is in line with the industry's economic and ecological goals.
Many BST eltromat customers traditionally exhibit at FachPack. "Our presence in Nuremberg gives our customers and their customers the opportunity to talk to our experts about current quality assurance requirements in web-processing packaging production. The Connection of Competence philosophy of the PrintCity Alliance is in line with our intensive efforts to combine our solutions with systems from other manufacturers in line with Industry 4.0. Focus on web guiding systems
In addition to the openness and connectivity of its solutions, BST eltromat in Nuremberg will also focus on the flexibility as well as the ease of commissioning and operation of its web guiding systems. "With our comprehensive portfolio for web guiding control including our control devices and measuring technology as well as our inspection systems, register controls, color management and automation solutions, we have all the technical possibilities to perfectly control our customers' packaging materials through their web-processing production processes. This makes us an ideal partner for packaging manufacturers, especially in the field of web guiding systems," says Ingo Ellerbrock, Head of Product Management at BST eltromat, looking forward to the trade fair.
As a representative of its wide range of products for quality assurance in web-processing packaging production, BST eltromat will be showing a CompactGuide web guiding system with a wide-range sensor and a CLS PRO 600 digital line and contrast sensor at FachPack. The company's web guiding product range with, for example, SmartGuide rotating frames for wide web applications, the FVG POS 100 sensor positioning device, the cost-effective EcoGuide entry-level solution for standard narrow web applications in web edge guidance and the particularly versatile CompactGuide cover practically all web guiding requirements in packaging production. The same applies to the comprehensive range of sensors with ultrasonic sensors, optical sensors, digital sensors and wide-range sensors. In addition, there are the control devices, which, from the point of view of many customers, are characterized by their intuitive touch interface and unique user-friendliness on the market. Web guiding systems from BST eltromat can be configured according to the plug & play principle. After being plugged together, they recognize and configure themselves automatically. A more comfortable commissioning is hardly conceivable. "But even with our web guiding systems, our project planning department repeatedly develops practical solutions for the individual requirements of our customers that deviate from the standard. Ever shorter set-up times during inspection as well
In the area of inspection systems, the experts from BST eltromat will also provide information on request about the latest options and functions for the company's iPQ Center. The iPQ Center consists of iPQ-Check for 100% print image inspection, iPQ-View for digital web inspection and iPQ-Spectral for inline spectral color measurement. The iPQ workflow integrates these three modules into a high-end system with which BST eltromat customers can centrally control numerous quality assurance functions. For example with two new options: With COLOR DATAPreparation, inline spectral color measurement can be set up even more easily, while SMART DATAPreparation goes one step further and takes over practically any settings in the iPQ Center from, for example, ERP systems.
In addition to web guiding and inspection systems, BST eltromat at FachPack 2019 will also provide customers and interested visitors with information on how the company's solutions for automation, color management and register control can help them perfect the performance of their production processes to better achieve their economic and ecological goals.
