One word sums up the approach that Krzysztof Malengowski, the owner of Polish prepress company Fleksograf studio prepress, takes to his business and to his customers: quality. It’s therefore no surprise that the word forms the foundation of the company’s logo, “When Quality Counts”, which he says, “best defines the way in which our company operates. From the very beginning, that is since 2001, our main goal has been customer satisfaction, sometimes even exceeding their expectations, and the systematic implementation of the latest technologies and procedures to improve the quality of the flexo plates we provide.”

SCREEN Americas announces the very first sale of its Truepress Jet L350UV SAI in the United States to Lion Labels, Inc. of South Easton, Massachusetts. Just as the Truepress Jet L350UV series was developed by SCREEN to meet the label industry’s growing need for high-quality, short-run printing, the most recent iteration, the Truepress Jet L350UV SAI, served as a complement to Lion Labels’ existing technology which included a digital toner-based press and conventional flexographic presses. With the purchase of a UV inkjet label press from SCREEN, Lion Labels aspires to grow its business with quicker turnaround times.

StrongPoint Labels of Malmö, Sweden, a short 90-minute drive from Nilpeter Headquarters in Denmark, has invested in a new Nilpeter FA-17, their first from the Danish printing press manufacturer.
An 8-colour flexo press with screen, cold foil, and multi-layer label capabilities, the new Nilpeter FA-17 will add capacity and labeling options to StrongPoint’s portfolio. The investment follows StrongPoint Labels’ long-term growth plans. Installation is expected to take place in the spring of 2021.
