Monotech Systems has installed a Jetsci VSRI system integrated with the Yuv inkjet system at DTM Print and Labels Specialist in the Philippines.
The Jetsci VSRI at DTM features a slitter rewinder, 330mm-wide Jetsci Yuv inkjet printing system, UV curing, and offers variable data printing at a maximum speed of 150m/min. It is a modular unit that can be upgraded at any time to add camera inspection and verification.
Neeraj Thappa, general manager, international sales at Monotech Systems, said: ‘We offer technologies based on the customized requirements of customers. Monotech has a range of inkjet printing systems for most customer requirements, whether it is related to budget, speed, resolutions and quality and as per application workflow on different substrates. All Jetsci inkjet printing systems are made after reviewing fine details of requirements.’
Kingsley, director at DTM said: ‘We were looking for a high speed inkjet system for some time now. I visited the Jetsci Center of Excellence in India for a live demonstration and took the final decision within a few hours. We were delighted with the sales and post-sales service as well as the smooth installation process which was on schedule. The production and operations team was trained for two days and the Jetsci VSRI was put into production. Since the system is modular and upgradable, we use it to print and develop various applications.’
