Heartland Label Printers, located in Little Chute, WI, has purchased a second Cohesio machine from ETI Converting Equipment of Canada to support the continued growth of its pressure sensitive label business. The acquisition of a second ETI Cohesio machine increases Heartland’s overall capacity and enhances their ability to develop new products and provide better solutions to their customers. The Cohesio Heartland installed in 2003 now runs 7 days per week.

SCREEN announced the recent installation of the graphic arts equipment leader’s Truepress Jet L350UV inkjet label press at Ample Industries, Inc., a full service label converter located in the Springfield, Missouri metropolitan area. Ample, is celebrating its 50th year in business and serves national, international and regional customers providing custom and specialty labels for food, beverage, wine, pharmaceuticals and supplements along with non-prime label applications.

Sappi’s brilliant white Fusion Topliner brings peace of mind to Rondo-Ganahl for offset, flexo and the rapidly growing digital post-print markets
Rondo-Ganahl, an Austrian manufacturer of corrugated board packaging, is a company steeped in tradition. It is now using Sappi’s Fusion Topliner with its recently installed Durst digital printer, producing personalised corrugated folding boxes in short as well as longer runs with very short lead times at its plant in St. Ruprecht/Raab. Sappi’s brilliant white fresh fibre liner was chosen following a series of print and material tests. Fusion Topliner achieved excellent results – not only with offset and flexo, but also with digital printing.

All4Labels Schweiz AG based in St. Gallen (formerly Omnipack AG) was one of the first Gal-lus customers to install the successfully launched Gallus Labelmaster in the course of a field test. Now this process was officially closed, highlighting the fact that this machine has been up and running in daily business since the first day of the field test.
