Bentlage-label GmbH from Bielefeld is investing in a Gallus ECS 340. The 8-colour flexographic press with integrated cold foil unit produces a wide range of technical labels and was installed in December 2020 to expand capacity at Bentlage.

Bentlage is a long-standing Gallus customer and has been familiar with the stability and reliability of Gallus presses for more than 20 years. Founded in 1928, the family-owned company entered the label printing business in 2004 and has experienced steady growth ever since. The print service provider's main site is in Bielefeld, with a further location in Vienna.
The main reasons for investing in a Gallus ECS are the stability of this press and the expansion of printing capacity. "We have already had very good experience with Gallus. The Gallus ECS 340 runs stably and extremely reliably," reports Brigitte Alers, Managing Director of bentlage-label GmbH.
The new Gallus ECS 340 with eight flexographic printing units and a cold foil unit enables bentlage-label to print a wide range of applications. It produces a wide variety of labels - from food labels to technical labels for the automotive sector. By covering different markets, the printing company is thus broadly positioned.
Brigitte Alers from bentlage-label GmbH draws a positive conclusion: "We are now better equipped and better positioned overall: With the new Gallus ECS 340, we can print more colours and also apply cold foil in flexo. This expands our product portfolio enormously while maintaining reliably high print quality and flexibility."
