A barrel is Bacchus’ favourite
The Panther Group’s JuicefulThings think tank has a great weakness for constantly new presentation and point-of-sale solutions, especially those that help to carry all kinds of drinks into consumers’ eyes and hearts. Whether it’s wine, fruit juice, beer or soft drinks – new ideas for each segment regularly bubble up from the developers’ workshop. The Bottle Barrel is the most recent proof of this creativity in the secondary placement area.

The name given to the display alludes to the arched shape of the tray carrying the bottles: the curved corrugated board trays have a simple locking system to attach them securely to the shell. Visually, this almost creates the impression of an abundantly stocked wine cellar from which bottles lying well-sorted can be removed. The trays’ load-bearing ability is so great that they have space for up to fifteen bottles. Bottles lying horizontally have the advantage that high-quality wines with a natural cork do not dry out during storage.

In addition to a special placement of wine, the very unusually designed display is naturally also exceptionally suitable for presenting various other refreshing drinks in the alcoholic and non-alcoholic segment. Large areas of printing at the sides and on a simulated base, together with an individually customisable topper, allow brand-appropriate as well as brand-specific messages to produce an enticing effect visible from a long distance.

Up to four product levels are provided in the Bottle Barrel, which is closed at the top with a cover including a built-in topper. The display is based on a quarter-pallet.
