AWA Alexander Watson Associates will host the 1st edition of The AWA International Linerless Label Conference & Exhibition on June 12-13th, 2023 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
Building off AWA Seminars and AWAVirtual™ Events on the subject, this unique conference is dedicated to learning about market developments, solving problems, and meeting colleagues across the value chain and all linerless label application areas. This conference is a natural successor to AWA's series of ever-evolving linerless industry seminars and a testament to the considerable interest and significant growth within different application areas, including Logisitcs & Transport, Warehousing, Retail, and Fast-Food Package Sealing.
With already over dozen sponsors, this conference is an excellent opportunity for networking and tabletop exhibitions from companies across the value chain. This year's theme, focused around Sustainability, Market Growth and Technological Developments, and the strategic co-location of the event with Home Delivery World, will help bring together the retail logistics supply chain with a strong base of material suppliers, converters, and equipment manufacturers involved in linerless label technology. The Conference Program
The program starts on the 12th of June with the Keynote presentation on “History of Linerless Labeling – A Journey” by Mike Cooper, a long-term industry leader and advocate of linerless labeling. With more insights from other industry experts, a cocktail reception will follow.
On the 13th of June, two panel discussions and keynote’s will take center stage.
The first Panel Discussion will address “The Role of Linerless Labeling in the Circular Economy, Maximizing Sustainability Benefits.”, followed by two presentations, “The Future of Linerless Decoration: Unlocking Possibilities in the Packaging Industry” and “Maximizing Efficiency with VI Linerless Labeling Solutions” by Avery Dennison.
The final panel discussion will be focused on “Exploring the Future of Linerless Labeling: Trends, Opportunities, and Challenges”.
