Syndicate Design accompanies medium-sized companies into the future with a new strategy and a new corporate image

Company wants to rethink health care and manage it digitally

The Hamburg-based branding and design agency Syndicate has developed a new brand strategy for one of the world's leading specialists for pharmaceutical packaging, and also revised the company's name and corporate design.
"Moving healthcare. Moving you. - With this claim Faller Packaging positions itself as a competent partner for digital supply chain management in the field of pharmaceutical packaging. The aim of the company is to provide its customers with even better support in view of the increasing individualisation and complexity in the healthcare industry.
After customer surveys, focus groups with employees and a detailed competitive analysis, the brand strategy, the new name and the claim "Moving healthcare. Moving you." has been developed. The agile orientation is launched by the new identity - a new trademark, the focus on a lively orange, the fresh typography and an independent visual language make the new brand strategy tangible along the entire customer journey. The new appearance of Faller Packaging was presented to the public for the first time at the CPhI trade fair in Frankfurt.
In order to communicate the transformation within the company credibly, the new brand identity was gradually explained and presented to the employees of Faller Packaging as part of a comprehensive brand engagement programme. The senior management of Faller Packaging attached great importance to the communication of the new brand values and the active participation of all employees.
"In order to adapt to the rapidly changing international market and competitive situations, the right decisions and a clear strategy are required. Syndicate Design has accompanied us intensively over a period of about 12 months. With our new CI, new brand strategy and ever more international orientation, we are well positioned for the future. Together we want to rethink health care and manage it digitally," emphasizes Dr. Daniel Keesmann, managing partner of Faller Packaging.
