Komori Corporation (Tokyo, Japan; Representative Director, President and COO: Satoshi Mochida) has built a strategic partnership with Heinrich Baumann Grafisches Centrum GmbH & Co. KG (Frankfurt, Germany; CEO Christian Baumann) for cutting systems and has concluded an agreement covering sales in Japan. By this, the Apressia CTX series cutting system will be added to the Apressia brand of printing-related equipment offered by Komori.

Komori Europe Corporation and Highcon Systems Ltd. have entered into a strategic selling agreement, further strengthening the existing Highcon relationship with Komori in Japan and America. Komori Europe is in the process of installing a Highcon Euclid III digital cutting and creasing machine at the Komori Graphic Center-Europe in Utrecht and will sell and support the entire Highcon® product line in France, Italy, UK and the Netherlands.

Kompac is pleased to announce they will be showcasing their newest high-speed coating and priming system, the EZ Koat 20 Plus. Taking place September 10-14th at McCormick Place in Chicago, the team will be doing live demonstrations of this high-powered UV/Aqueous coater, which now reaches speeds up to 200 feet per minute. Also being included in the demonstrations will be the adjoining feeder and stacker for handling mid to high volume coating production.
