Linerless in top form
From intralogistics to dispatch - the compact PAS-L from Bizerba is versatile. Whether as a stand-alone solution or integrated into an existing supply chain, the trade fair highlight from Bizerba places linerless labels precisely from above, on the side or at the corners on the most varied types and sizes of packaging. Thanks to a built-in cutter the labels can be cut to any desired size - a roll change when changing the label length is unnecessary. This reduces set-up times and improves efficiency. Before the labels are placed, the PAS-L prints them using a direct thermal process, whereby the system receives the print data directly from the higher-level control system. The thermal bar can also be changed quickly and without tools.
Maximum efficiency, minimum consumption
The PAS-L also makes a significant contribution to sustainable production, as no backing paper is required when using linerless labels. Waste can be avoided and the number of labels on a roll can be doubled. As a result, the linerless logistics labelling system also reduces waste disposal costs and storage space. The matching linerless labels from Bizerba offer a maximum of information with minimum paper consumption. The iS75, which has been specially designed for harsh and demanding environmental conditions, impresses for example with a robust multi-touch display in HD quality and offers multifunctional application possibilities. The installed Bizerba software solutions BRAIN2 and _counting.BRAIN enable fast and reliable formulation, dosing, charging and counting as well as synchronous work- and dataflow. The iS75 has a wide range of connection options and interfaces and can be installed according to individual requirements.
The iS30 weighing terminal is used if fast and accurate weight determination is required for time-critical applications. The industrial computer displays the most important weighing and process data, such as the number of articles using stored reference weights, numbers and graphics, and also provides support for incoming and outgoing goods checks in the warehouse, for maintaining statistical process controls and as a counting system. The terminal can also be used to control dynamic processes in the environment of continuous scales.
